Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan and you are never charged.
Refund policy
Because you can fully evaluate the Service during the 7-day trial, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a Pro subscription is charged (monthly or yearly), the amount paid for the current billing period is not refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation:
- Stops all future charges immediately.
- Lets you continue using Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Moves your account to the Free plan automatically once the paid period ends.
Exceptional circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, charge after a successful cancellation, or unauthorized transaction), please email vishu.gupta.dtu@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where the claim is valid, issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed through our payment partner PayU and credited back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
